DEVELOPMENTAL CHECK-UP

A free developmental check-up will be offered for children ages 3, 4, and 5 years old.  The purpose of this screening is to identify children who may qualify for either our at-risk pre-kindergarten program, or for special education services. The check-up will be held on Friday, November 6, 2009 from 8:15 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. at the Manteno Elementary School, 555 West Cook Street, Manteno.  Included will be assessments of development in concept learning, speech and language, motor coordination, self help skills and social skills.  Your child will also receive a hearing and a vision screening.  To make an appointment, please call 815-928-7005.
